Today it was delts for me. I warmed up, doing stretches and the eliptical, then began weights. Started with: Seated Barbell Military Press BTH(Behind the neck): Warm-up to 155lbsx8, (Here i started supersetting with the Lateral Raises) *155lbsx6, *155lbsx5 Lateral Dumbell Raises: *35lbsx10, *35lbsx8, 35x6+30x5+25x5 * = Superset Upright rows: 115lbsx8, 115x8, 115x8 Reverse Pec Dek: 150lbsx10, 150lbsx8, 150lbsx8
Delts were HUGE and PUMPED! I was literally popping out of a baggy t-shirt!
